MAINSTAY is a charming Hamptons bed and breakfast restored guest house in the heart of famous, historic Southampton Village.

Built as a small, family owned country store in 1850, the structure was expanded into a seventeen room bed and breakfast over the years, but it still maintains a serene, country charm thanks to the loving touches of its current owner Elizabeth Main.

The house is situated on a private acre on historic Hill Street within walking and biking distance of the ocean the bay and the world famous Shinnecock Golf Course and National Golf Links as well as the heart of Southampton Village.
